Project Overview
As Front-End & Mobile Developer for AIRE (Association of Industrial Real Estate Brokers), I led the UI/UX modernization for both web and React Native applications, implementing a cross-platform component library that ensures consistency across all touchpoints. The platform serves a 350-member professional organization dedicated to industrial real estate brokerage in the Chicagoland area.
I developed key features including a member directory with advanced search capabilities, an event calendar with RSVP functionality and push reminders, and an in-app document library with ethics-training portal. The implementation leverages React.js, React Native, Redux, TypeScript, and Firebase Authentication, with integrations for SendGrid and Google Maps.
This technology transformation supported Aire Brokers LLC in launching a tech-first real estate platform, enabling digital growth and boosting early user adoption while improving internal operational efficiency.
